The VirtueRF system supersedes VivaceRF microneedling because of its multi-functional platform. VirtueRF promotes the remodeling of collagen and elastin, which enhances skin laxity (tightens skin). Pulses of light activate skin cells to increase collagen production and moisture levels in the skin.
VirtueRF improves skin tone and texture, reduces acne scars, and minimizes active acne outbreaks. Ordinary Micro-needling Treatments cannot be performed during acute outbreaks. Virtue RF treatments can be performed during acute outbreaks, this is a huge advantage.
How does the VirtueRF Microneedling System work?
VirtueRF Microneedling uses multi-insulated microneedles and RF energy in one platform. Advanced settings allow our staff to opt out of using RF when it is not part of the patient treatment goal. Dr. Slater upgraded to the VirtueRF from the Vivace RF system because the advanced function of the system allows for more versatility and a wider variety of options ideal for all skin types.
Patients will not experience the long-lasting redness that often occurs with other Microneedling RF procedures. Our nutrient-infused physician strength Sheet Masks can further reduce redness and edema when applied immediately after treatment.
The settings of the VirtueRF system can be completely customized to suit various skin types, treatment areas, and treat specific skin concerns. The system is safe for patients with darker skin tones and patients suffering from melasma or age spots.
